Det er sk\u00e6refast med en saftig krumme, der smager som rigtigt rugbr\u00f8d skal smage.&nbsp;Og s\u00e5 er det enormt let at lave. Selvom det tager \u00e9n dag at forberede, f\u00f8r du kan bage det, s\u00e5 er arbejdsindsatsen minimal. Og det bedste af det hele er, at det er lavet med overskydende surdej. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg har valgt at tilf\u00f8re noget s\u00e5 eksotisk som quinoa til rugbr\u00f8det for at g\u00f8re det endnu mere sundt, end det i forvejen er. Og s\u00e5 er den lille superafgr\u00f8de ogs\u00e5 med til at give br\u00f8det den l\u00e6kre, saftige krumme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intet hvedemel &#8211; kun fuldkorns rugmel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du finder ikke noget hvedemel i mit rugbr\u00f8d. Kun groft rugmel.
